Alyssa Toohey #TeamAllen

Alyssa Toohey is a Hudson Valley resident patiently spending her life in books and art. She graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a BS in Visual Arts with a Minor in Theater Design, as well as a BA in English Creative Writing. She always wanted to teach art and loves to meet new people. One of her favorite past times includes picking up shells on the beach. She hopes to spread her writing wings as well as her artist’s wings in the world of children’s and teen books as an illustrator and writer someday soon. She lives in Duchess County with her family and extremely grumpy cat, Pretty Boy.
