Chunky Blankets

The benefit of working with such thick yarn is that it takes no time at all to make your chunky knit throw blanket. The whole event is 2 - 2.5 hours, and you’ll have a complete project by the end.

We will use four skeins of chenille chunky blanket yarn (enough to make a throw-sized blanket).

Four skeins of chenille yarn add up to about 128 yards in total.

You can wash your chunky yarn blanket by hand or on a gentle/delicate cycle in the machine with mild detergent and cold water.

If you opt to wash by hand, stick with the mild detergent, rinse the throw with cold water and wring it out gently to drain the excess water.

If your clothes drier doesn’t have a delicate setting, it is best to line-dry your chunky throw blanket. Dryers are excellent at restoring chenille’s softness—just make sure you dry it alone.

We go for extra thick chunky knit blanket yarn as it speeds up the process and makes for an extra cozy finished project. We love using chenille because it’s super soft and snuggly!

All that’s needed is the yarn (which we’ll provide) and your two hands!

We ask for at least three weeks' notice so we have time to ship supplies to everyone you invite. But, if you do find yourself in a pinch, simply contact our team for viable options in that timeframe.

This is the same for both virtual and in-person gatherings.

You can host your event in any number of places: your workplace, a local venue or online. The essential things to keep in mind are that it's somewhere your attendees can easily access, and you have at least 2ft of space each.

There's no need to look into venues for corporate events per see. We can meet in restaurants, bars or any local venue that's happy to host. We even have our own directory (just note we don't have partners in every city).

"Private event" is the term we use for a private booking, not from our public events calendar on PaintNite.com. This could be a private celebration, a corporate party or a way to woo new clients.

"Private party" is our name for pretty much any non-business event. For example, bachelorette parties, family reunions...any time you have something to celebrate (or even if you don't!).

If you're arranging a company event, our planners are like an extension of your team. You can tell them precisely what you're after, and they'll make it happen. They'll liaise with vendors, book hosts, organize supplies, logistics and more.

You can contact them any time you need to put something together. And if you plan regular events, you could be eligible for our VIP program.

A corporate event is any type of work gathering. For example, team-building events, training days, intern orientations, educational workshops, networking events or office parties.

We do! Our international events are all virtual, but we'll still ship your supplies.

Décor isn't a standard feature that comes with our services. Still, if you contact one of our event planners, they would be more than happy to assist at an extra cost.
